Warranty Check

If item is under warranty, the customer is advised to make contact with HP or HPE.

No Warranty

The technician will test the printer to confirm the customer’s report.

Item Intake

The customer and the printer’s information are recorded database as confirmation of acceptance of the equipment.

Diagnostics

A standard diagnostic fee is charged on the receipt of the equipment based on the equipment type and model.

Quotation

We provide a quotation for the work needed on the item received.

Approval

We require the customer's approval based on the quotation provided before commencing work on the item received.

Repair & Installation

Once approval is given we proceed to have parts installed or repaired on the item received.

Pay & Uplift

Customer will be contacted once the job is complete so that they can pay and uplift their item.
